The first Sunday afternoon service, which was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Copeland, Ashland avenue, was a very helpful one. Rev. J. M. Siffler of Evanston had charge of the meeting and his words were greatly appreciated.
Fifteen of our people attended a banquet at the Auditorium in Chicago Tuesday evening at which 1,000 Baptists were present.
The next devotional meeting will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Beach, 1227 Ashland avenue, on Wednesday evening, Feb. 12, at 8.
The ladies are planning to organize for mutual helpfulness and the promotion of the work.
