Over two hundred people attended the stereopticon lecture given in the Wilmette M. E. Church last Saturday evening. The pictures were exceptionally good and made very interesting by the readers: Miss Marie Starrett, Miss Hayen, Miss Erdle Bateman, Rev. T. K. Gale and Mr. E. H. Robinson. The last in this course of three ten cent stereopticon lectures will be given next Saturday, Jan. 25. The program will be Poe's Raven, with reading by Miss Marie Starrett, of New Trier high school; "Pilgrim's Progress," with reading by Miss Laura Flentye, of Northwestern University; "Rip Van Winkle," with reading by Miss Starrett; comic pictures: "Uncle Rastus and the Mule" and "Darius Green and His Flying Machine," with readings by Miss Lucele Drake, of Northwestern University. Owing to the fact that the first two of these lectures proved to be rather long the history previously advertised will be omitted. This entertainmant will begin promptlyh at 8 o'clock and be of about one and one-half hours' duration.
