To the Wilmette Evangelical Alliance

The Ladies of the Wilmette Ladies Aid Society, through their committee [sic] Mrs. A.C. Norton

would respectfully present, that they have in their possession a considerable sum of money

intended for use in connection with the Evangelical Assocation in this place, and desire to

express a willingness to assist so far as they are able, in the furnishing of the church, upon the

receipt of your acceptance, the proper steps will be at once taken by the Society to cooperate with

the alliance in the appropriation of the money as represented.
