The following programs are offered at the Wilmette Public Library, 1242 Wilmette Ave. Call (847) 256-5025:

More than 100 artists from Wilmette Arts Guild will exhibit in its annual Members' Show which will hang through April in the Auditorium.

Colum McCann, the author of Let the Great World Spin, the One Book, Everybody Reads selection for 2011, will speak at 2 p.m. May 22 at the Community Recreation Center, 3000 Glenview Road. Visit www.wilmettelibrary/onebook.

K-9 Reading Buddies of the North Shore will be on hand from 6-7 p.m. April 13. Sign up has begun for a 15-minute time slot on one of the nights. Visit Youth Services or call (847) 256-6945.

Joe Crookston will sing for folk music fans at 7 p.m. March 25. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fourth Monday Readers will feature a discussion of The Big Burn by Timothy Egan at 7 p.m. March 28.

Alzheimer's Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. March 28.

Greener Choices Book and Film Series will feature a screening and discussion of "Bag It" at 1 and 7 p.m. March 23.

Anime Club: Animeniancs for children in sixth grade and older will take place from 10:30 p.m.-1 p.m. March 26.

Teen Advisory Board will meet at 4 p.m. March 27.

"Despicable Me" will be shown from 10:30 a.m.-noon and 2-3 p.m. March 28. This will be a sensory-friendly showing where the room will be lighter, the volume lower and audience members will be permitted to move around, talk and sing. The intended audience is children with special accompanied by parents or caregivers, but the screening is open to everyone.

Marble Magnets for children in fourth grade and older will take place from 4-5 p.m. March 29. To register, visit the Youth Services Desk or call (847) 256-6945.

Songs of Spring for children up to five years old will feature Wendy Morgan of the Vocal Gymnasium at 6:30 or 7 p.m. March 30. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Register at the Youth Services Desk or call (847) 256-6945.

Scratch Digital Media Design for children ages 10-14 will take place from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. March 31. Register at the Youth Services Desk or call (847) 256-6945.
