Mrs. Mary Becker has left for California. Miss Olive Swain is in Cedar Rapids, Ia. Mr. Francis Asbury and family are on an extended trip to Canada. Miss Dorothy Brown has resumed her work at Grafton hall, Fond du Lac, Wis. The Misses Grace and Emma Powers are home from Yellowstone National park. Miss Philoma Becker is again in attendance at Miss Ely's school, Greenwich, Mass. Miss Helen Calhoun has returned to Madison, Wis., to continue her studies in the state university. The Woman'a auxiliary of St. Elisabeth's church met Monday at the residence of Dr. Eugenia Culver. Mrs. Ira Couch Wood of Winnetka addressed the meeting. This afternoon at 3 o'clock the Woman's Library club will hold its first meeting of the season. It will be in the form of a reception to Mrs. George J. Pope, the new president. A musicale by Mrs. Hattie S. Fields will follow.
