A woman received a phone call from a drug dealer named "Frosty," and reported it to Wilmette police. The man told her he had killed two rival gang members in a drive-by shooting and she might be next. Police found the man parked outside the woman's Skokie work place. He said he made up the story to impress the woman. He wasn't charged, but was told to make no further contact with the woman.
