Mrs. Alice Stebbins Wells, famous Los Angeles police woman, addressed the current events class of the Congregational Church of Evanston on Sunday. Her topic was the L. A.'s success of eradicating prostitution by eliminating its levee district. She sees no reason why this method would not work in Chicago. Mr. Robert B. Ennis, real estate agent of Northwestern University disagreed.
