Loutsch makes a point of arriving early at Village hall so she can get vehicle sticker #1. She would really like to get 1770, the telephone number of her family farm which was condemned almost 40 years ago to build Centennial Park. She uses her car to get to jobs cleaning houses. She also chauffeurs her sisters, Clara, age 94, and Davida, age 82, who have lived with her all their lives.
