Because of recent allocation of CWA funds to Kenilworth for civic works, a group met in the Village office Sunday, December 3, to consider the advisability of using some of these funds for the development of the Mahoney farm, recently acquired by the Village of Kenilworth under the will of the late Miss Mary Mahoney, into a wild flower preserve in accordance with plans made by Jens Jensen, landscape architect. Committee members include: Mrs. A. R. Hodge, Mrs. Rufus Stolp, Mrs. Clyde Ross, Mrs. Leon Ellis, Prof. Nygaard. The development of the tract would provide a buffer between No-Man's Land commercial area and Kenilworth.
