William Wieland, born in Germany 51 years ago, passed away at his home, 144 Woodstock avenue, Kenilworth, last Monday following a very brief illness. Mr. Wieland, the son of the late Jacob and Gottlieben Wieland was one of six brothers. He is survived by four of these brothers, Charles, Robert, and Jacob of Chicago, and Christian of Pistakee Bay, Ill. Two others, Fred and George are deceased. In addition, Mr. Wieland is survived by his widow, Alma; two daughters, Dorothy, 17, and Arlene Rose, 12, and a son William Robert, 10 years old, and a sister, Mrs. Rose C. Marling of Glen Oak acres, west of Wilmette. Interment was at Memorial Park.
