Lucius W. Wakely, father of Arthur W. Wakely, 234 Leicester road, Kenilworth, died Thursday, November 22, at Pelican Lake, Minnesota. Funeral services were held at Whitewater, Wisconsin, the old family home. Mr. Wakely was 70 years old and the son of Judge and Mrs. Eleanor Wakely of Omaha. He was a descendant of Lewis Morris, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He attended the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, after which he entered the service of the C. B. & Q. R. R. at Chicago and remained with this road as general passenger agent at Omaha until two years ago.
