Frank E. Goodnow, 43, Electrical engineer for the Public Service company of Northern Illinois, and a member of Mayor William E. Dever’s Chicago Radio Commission, died Thursday, May 27, after an illness originating last December.

Apart from his activities with the Public Service company, Mr. Goodnow was widely know in middlewestern electrical engineering circles. His appointment as a member of Mayor Dever’s radio commission was on recommendation of the Western Society of Engineers, of which he was a member.
