Thomas E. Kewin, for the past 20 years a resident of Wilmette, passed away at his home on Wilmette avenue on Wednesday of this week. Following a short period in which the body lay in state at the Schaefer Bros. funeral parlors in Evanston, the remains were taken to Beloit, Wis. Funeral services will be conducted from the St. Thomas church of that city this morning with interment in the Beloit cemetery.

Mr. Kerwin is survived by his widow, Mrs. Hope Kerwin, and one sister, Mrs. James Keegan of Gary, Ind. He had been ill for about a week previous to his death.
