Final rites for George A. Zabriskie, of Wilmette, who was instantly killed in an airplane crash which occurred over the village of Oak Lawn last Saturday evening were held from the Scott Funeral Home to the Church of the Holy Comforter in Kenilworth last Wednesday morning. Interment was at Memorial Park cemetery. Rev. Leland H. Danforth presided in the services.

Zabriskie was the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Yonkers, 911 Sheridan road, Wilmette, and leaves his wife and a five months' old baby. He was a Princeton graduate in the class of 1921 and had been in the army air service during the World war. During the past few months he has been employed as a aviation instructor with the University of Aviation and was engaged in giving instruction to a student, James Rose, of Steger, Illinois, at the time of the accident in which Rose also met his death.
