Evalyn S. Norton, president of the north shore branch of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union for many years and a leader in that work for half a century, passed away at her home in Arlington Heights, Wednesday, March 26, a victim of double pneumonia. Mrs. Norton had been a resident of Winnetka until a short time ago when the family occupied a newly completed home in Arlington Heights. Services are to be held this afternoon at Arlington Heights.
