A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (February 18) in St. Mary's Church, 1421 Oak, Evanston, for Rose M. Steffens. Miss Steffens, 88, died February 9 at Sacred Heart Convent in Wilmette where she lived for the past year and a half. Miss Steffens was born in Evanston to a pioneer Evanston family. She was a secretary for more than 50 years at the American National Bank and Trust Company in Chicago. Miss Steffens is survived by two...[obituary incomplete]
