Mrs. Naomi Hill Barker, 100, died last Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James E. Low, 1040 Elmwood avenue. She was born in Homer, Saratoga County, N.Y., on December 19, 1811. She lived there until her husband's death in 1867. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James E. Low and Miss Alice R. Barker of Evanston, and Mrs. H.N. Webster of Saratoga, N.Y., and two sons, D.N. Barker of Evanston and F.A. Barker of Oklahoma City, Okla.
