Articles discusses hay fever season in verse and commentary. Thiry-eight years ago, several hay fever victims decided to organize the United States Hay Fever association while staying in the Grand hotel at Mackinac. This was all in jest. Mackinac was considered a "safety" zone for hay fever sufferers and some of these sufferers that gathered at the Grand hotel were from Evanston.
