The Evanston Academy will start its fifty-third year Monday, Sept. 16th with few changes in faculty. Two exceptions are the replacement of French instructor, Abram Munier who will be replaced by Michele A. Vaccariello and bookkeeper, Mr. Aubrey S. Moore, who will be replaced by Mr. G. H. Black. Harry T. Nightingale will add courses in Civics, Industrial History and American History. Miss Elizabeth Stanwood will take the second-year English course which was taught by Miss Frances Rawlins and Miss Mary Hope will teach first-year English. These changes were implemented by Principal Helm who will have Miss Helen Church as his private secretary again. At Fisk Hall there is new equipment; also a large entrance with storm doors is being built. Harfield House will continue under the management of Mr. Lloyd Holsinger of the faculty, and Mrs. Evelyn Libbey as matron. Added distinction has been given to the Academy by the election of Principal Helm to the Head Masters' association.
