John Swift, 1022 Foster St., Chicago, was driving a wagon owned by E. T. Stokes, when he fell while trying to reach a weight which had slipped from the dashboard of the wagon. This took place outside the home of Dr. E. D. Kelly, 1017 Grove St., Evanston, who rushed out to help him but Swift died quickly from injuries incurred when the wagon ran over him.
