Women living near the railroad tracks along the Sanitary Canal in Evanston have been complaining to police about harrassment by railroad men and employees of the nearby Marks Manufacturing Company. Chief of Police Shaffer will station plain clothes men in the neighborhood. Men using profane language to women will be arrested and prosecuted with a state warrant.
