Notes:
St. Joseph School will partner with New Trier High School in their on-going commitment to a Haitian school. The school is also named St. Joseph School and is located in Petit-Goave- just five miles from the epicenter of the earthquake.
St. Joseph School's 11th annual fund-raiser, FUNKTION, a benefit for St. Joseph School, will take place at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 27 at Sunset Ridge Country Club.
School will not be in service Feb. 15 in observance of President's Day.

Bus service will not be available Feb. 16 in observance of a District 39 holiday.



The St. Joseph School Board is accepting applications for three openings on the board for a three year term commencing with the 2010-11 school year.


The PSO meeting will take place at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 17 in the school cafeteria.


Bingo and Pizza Night hosted by the St. Joseph Women's Club will take place at 6 p.m. Feb. 19. For more information, call Laurie Cavalier.



The Seed Savers Exchange has awarded St. Joseph School a Herman's Garden Grant. The grant includes 50 seed packets to plant in Trailblazer Eden this spring.

The St. Joseph Basketball sixth, seventh and eighth grade teams will play away games at St. Peter today. The seventh grade boys will play at 5:30 p.m.; eighth grade girls at 7:30 p.m.

People can save money and raise money for the St. Joseph's sports program with the Athletic Board's new St. Joe's Discount Card.




Eucharistic Adoration will take place from 2-8 p.m. Feb. 7 in the church. The Men's Rosary League will be praying the Rosary at 5 p.m.
