Wilmette police officials are interviewing neighbors of Brian Choi of the 200 block of Heather Lane, Wilmette, to see if they noticed any unusual activities recently. Choi was slain December 30, the body found in the trunk of his car near the currency exchanged he owned at 3443 W. Foster Ave., in Chicago. Police believe Brian Choi may have been confronted by the offenders outside his Wilmette home. Comments by Ik Kim, assistant pastor of the Holy Nation Presbyterian Church in Chicago; Man Heo, a family friend; Karyn Axelrood, a neighbor and Stephanie Quinn. Choi's wife is Joanne Choi, and his children, Jina, Jeannie and Joshua.
