This float, constructed under the direction of the tenth district Young Men's Club, has been used throughout New Trier Township to promote interest in the national and state Republican ticket. Among the portraits which apear on the top and sides of the float are those of Gov. Alfred M. Landon of Kansas and Frank Knox, Chicago publisher, presidential and vice presidential candidates, respectively; C. Wayland Brooks, nominee for governor of Illinois, and Otis Glen, aspirant for United Staes Senate.
