- Parent teacher conferences will be held today and tomorrow.
The sixth annual Progressive Dinner will be held Nov. 7. For more information contact Shani Hirsh.
School Mass will take place Nov. 10. The fourth grade will prepare the mass under the direction of Mr. Pancratz.
There will be no bus service Nov. 12 and 13 in observance of a District 39 holiday.
SJS will have an open house day from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Nov. 12.
The St. Joseph Parish School Organization will sponsor its first Pancake Breakfast of this year Nov. 15.
Parents are asked to schedule their photo appointment for the Parish Directory.
Volunteers are needed who can help host at a photo session for two-three hours or help drive senior citizens as needed. To sign up, call Edita Maier, parish coordinator
As one of the school fund-raisers this year the school will be collecting box tops. "Box Tops for Education"
The SJS kindergarten-third grade basketball program has started. All boys and girls in kindergarten-third grade may participate in the Saturday morning program which will run through to end of February. For more information, call Dan Sullivan or Dave Fox.
All girls interested in joining the new fourth grade Girl Scout troop, contact Marianna Vranicar, Dawn Zigmond or Cindy Phelan.
The St. Joseph Respect Life Committee and Aid for Women are grateful to all parishioners who supported the Baby Bottle fund-raiser. Due to their great generosity the committee has collected almost $3,500 to present to Aid for Women, a Pregnancy Resource Center located in downtown Chicago.
The Wilmette Rotary club will be accepting book donations through Nov. 16 at St. Joseph School.
