Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

516 Lake Avenue
A request by Scott Pofcher for a 321.51 square foot (2.75%) total floor area variation, a 1.92' accessory structure height variation, and an 8.88 square foot rear yard structure impervious surface coverage variation to retain a tree house and deck on the nonconforming structure on the property legally described as: The East 30 feet of Lot 12 and the West 30 feet of Lot 13 in Block B in Dingee's Addition to Wilmette Village, in Section 26 and Section 27, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
