- The Juvenile Protective Association hosted its annual spring black-tie gala, Chilren First, on May 15 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. The eent raised over $260,000 for critical counseling, prevention and treatment programs serving Chicago's disadvantaged children and families.
