FAN (Family Awareness Network) presents "Re-Thinking the Drinking Age: A Debate of Ideas. Is 21 Working? Is 18 the Answer" from 7:30 to 9 p.m. tonight in Room C234, New Trier High School, 7 Happ Road, Northfield, with representatives of Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the National Youth Rights Association. Members of the League of Women Voters will moderate the debate.

Youth Connections' production of "Aladdin" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on May 8 & 9
Register for the 2009 Kirathon, a community fund-raiser and walk-a-thon to benefit art therapy programs at Children's Memorial Hospital. This event will take place on Friday, May 29.

FAN's 2nd Program in April will be "I Just Want My Kid to be Happy! Why You Shouldn't Say It. What You Should Embrace Instead" from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30 in McKenzie Elementary School Auditorium, 649 Prairie Ave., Wilmette, with author, teacher, and psychologist Aaron Cooper, PhD., affiliated with the Family Institute at Northwestern University.

Due to snow days the last day of school will be Thursday, June 11.
