Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

724-34 Twelfth Street
A request by Wilmette Partners and Richard Keefe to request a Special Use permit and a 7 space parking variation to permit up to 40 parking spaces to be leased or sold to people not residing or working in the 724th Twelfth Street building on the property legally described as:
Lots 22, 23, and 24 in Dingee's Resubdivision of Block 26 in the Village of Wilmette, in Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois
