Mr. Ewen, 93, died Friday, February 27, at home in Winnetka. He was born on May 25, 1915, in Evanston, the son of Malcolm F. and Camille Ewen. His wife of 62 years, Mary Lyon Ewen died in 2005. He is survived by their three children, William L. Ewen (Katherine) of New Haven, CT, Camilla E. Durbin (John) of Winnetka, and Malcolm D. Ewen of Chicago.
