Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

713 Greenwood Avenue
A request by Steven Sargant, Sargant Architects, for a 577.77 square foot (5.47%) total floor area variation to permit the construction of a one-story screened porch addition on a legal non-conforming structure on the property legally described as:
The West 20 feet of Lot 3 and the East 40 feet of Lot 4 in Block 9 in Union Addition to Wilmette, said addition being a subdivision in the SE fractional ¼ Section 27, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
