Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:

936 Sheridan Road
A request by Richard Warner for a 21.72 square foot (0.2%) total floor area variation on the property legally described as:
Lot 9 in Block 1 in Dingoe's Addition to Wilmette, in Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded October 21, 1873 in Book 6 of Plats, page 26 as Document Number 131865, in Cook County, Illinois.
