Round Robin Dancing Club will give a holiday dinner dance at the Edgewater Beach hotel on Saturday evening. Attending are Messrs and Mesdames Frank Brown, Charles N. Reese, Clarence Worthington, William O. Belt, E. B. Rathbone, Charles Mack, George White, Robert Ward, Percy Cutler, John T. Ling, Oscar Schmidt, Julian Smith, Morton A. Bassett, E. Jackson Casse, Charles F. Roberts, B. F. Lewis, Jr., Charles Sanford Clarke, Louis A. Clark, Frank J. Baker, Percy Andrews, Albet S. Webster, George, Bird, Robert Tansill, and Clarence M. Puhlman.

Strict quarantine on dancing parties in the Village has eliminated fraternity and sorority formal events this season.

On New Year's Day, the Wilmette Woman's Club will give a party for children of Club members. Hostesses will be Mrs. Walter W. Baldwin and Mrs. O. E. Thalig.

On Friday, December 27, college undergraduates, home for the holidays, will be the guests of teh Chicago College Club, Stevens building. The dramatic circle will present the Christmas play, "Dolls" by Mrs. Harry W. Armstrong, head of the dramatic circle of the club.

Mrs. William Mahon and her son, Lieutenant William Mahon, left on Monday for their home in Ann Arbor, Mich. They had been visiting Mrs. Lorin Hall, 1008 Greenleaf avenue.

Sidney A. Huguenin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Huguenin, 506 [unclear] Lake avenue, received his commission as an ensign. Another son, Philip Huguenin, is stationed ind Paris with the American Red Cross.

Prentiss Couffer, now stationed at Municipal Pier, is spending furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John D. Couffer, 903 Lake avenue.

Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Richter, 1211 Hill street, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bunte, 508 Central avenue, were guests at a theater party given by friends on Christmas Eve.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert B. Mulford and daughter, Betty, 835 Elmwood avenue, are spending Christmas in Indianapolis, Ind., with Mrs. Mulford's sister, Mrs. Harold E. Mogg.

Dr. William H. Porter, 816 Elmwood avenue, and Mr. Arthur Hammond, 500 Gregory avenue, have returned from French Lick Springs, Indiana.

Lieutenant and Mrs. E. R. Selleck are spending several weeks with Mrs. Selleck's mother, Mrs. Lorin Hall, 1008 Greenleaf avenue. Lieutenant Selleck has received his discharge from the army.

Gordon Clark, student at Northwestern Military Academy at Lake Geneva, is spending the holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Clark, at the Edgewater Beach hotel.

Mr. Ian Campbell, recently discharged from Camp Meade, Maryland, is spending the holidays at the home of Mr. W. C. Shurtleff, 815 Lake avenue.

Women's Christian Temperance Union meets Monday at the home of Mrs. Dee A. Stoker, Abbotsford road, Kenilworth.

Mrs. D. Anderson who was called to Wilmette owing to the death of Mrs. Anderson, returned Friday to California to spend the remainder of the winter.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barrett, 941 Sheridan road, announce the birth of a daughter on Monday, December 23.

Meeting of the Forthnightly Bridge Club has been postponed.

Zeta Beta Psi sorority will give an informal dance at the Edgewater beach hotel this evening.

Mrs. James J. Hood, 1241 Forest avenue, will be hostess to the Manuka Club Thursday, January 2.

Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Kaufman, 1029 Elmwood avenue, had as a Christmas Day guest, Mr. E. J. Staten of Chicago.

The Zeta Beta Psi fraternity held a dancing party Monday at the Birchwood Country Club.

Miss E. Tillson of Topeka, Kansas, is spending the holidays with her sister, Mrs. A. N. Page, 1101 Greenwood avenue.
Mrs. H. E. Rohrer, 1008 Greenleaf avenue, is spending the holidays with relatives in Marshalltown, Ia.
