A memorial window was dedicated last Sunday at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in honor of Frank J. Baker, former civic leader and vestryman of the parish. The services were attended by Mrs. Baker, her daughter Nona Gayle and son Channing, who are living in California. Also attending was Julius L. Hecht, vice-president of the Public Service Company, a former associate of Mr. Baker. Some remarks by Dr. Hubert Carleton, rector.
