- Maeve Marcella Kikey and Douglas Joachim Toft, both of Chicago, were married Oct. 23 at Immaculate Conception Church in Chicago. The Rev. Pat Lee and Dr. Gilbert Bowen Sr., minister at Kenilworth Union Church, officiated at the wedding. The bride is the daughter of Alvina and Roger J. Kiley of Chicago. The bridegroom is the son of Marietta and Richard P. Toft of Wilmette. Brigid Kiley Nelson of Phoenix, Ariz. served as matron of honor for her sister and Christopher Paul Toft of Evanston was best man for his brother. Bagpipes were played by Mathew Carey, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Meg O'Brien and Sarah McDonald, both from Chicago; Stacey Lagala from London, England; and Stephany McCall from Denver, Colo. Groomsmen were Charles Lawless, John Pedersen and Matt Huff from Chicago; Jan Diedrichsen from Los Angeles, Calif.; and Roger Lynch from New York City. The couple are presently residing in Chicago.
